Reinvention Coach, Leadership Mentor & Retreat Host for
Midlife Women who want to reset, refocus and reinvent their lives.
But, before we dive into my story, let’s start with you.
You’ve spent years holding everyone else together — a partner,
a family, a career, a life - while quietly unravelling inside.
You used to feel powerful, expressive, creative, alive.
But somewhere along the way, you dimmed.
You gave your heart, your time, your energy, your potential…
until there was nothing left for you.
Midlife. Mid-transition. Mid-reinvention — wondering:
You used to feel powerful, expressive, creative, alive. But somewhere along the way, you dimmed.
You gave your heart, your time, your energy, your potential…
until there was nothing left for you.
Midlife. Mid-transition. Mid-reinvention — wondering:
Who am I now?
Who do I want to become?
And how do I even begin?
Or maybe you’ve woken up one day and realised the life you’re living no longer feels like your own.
You want clarity.
You want confidence.
You want to remember the woman you were before the world told you who to be.
And more than anything?
You want to come home to yourself.
If you feel seen in these words…
You’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
You want clarity.
You want confidence.
You want to remember the woman you were before the world told you who to be.
For decades, I battled with disordered eating - bulimia, yo-yo dieting, punishing cycles of losing and gaining extreme amounts of weight. I chased perfection, worthiness, thinness, approval - believing that if I could control my body, I could control my life.
My self-esteem, body image, and identity were built on shaky foundations, and depression followed me like a shadow.
I have lived inside the war between self-loathing and self-preservation.
I have clawed my way back from exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, and the quiet despair of believing “I’m not enough.”
And I’ve risen - not by pretending it didn’t happen, but by learning from every single chapter.
I had a professional path opening as an opera singer — talent, opportunity, possibility — but my imposter syndrome was louder than my potential.
I turned away from a stage that was waiting for me, because I did not yet know how to stand in my own worth.
That’s what self-doubt does.
It steals futures.
And that’s why I do this work - to stop it stealing yours.
It began in the quiet, painful moments when I realised, I couldn’t diet my way to peace, overwork my way to belonging, or perform my way into worthiness.
It began the day I decided to heal - for myself, for my children, for the woman I knew I could become.
With almost a decade of professional coaching experience, I’ve trained in:
Thoughtful, inspiring notes on reinvention in life and leadership - grounded in science, shaped by real life, and designed to be genuinely useful. Sent occasionally.
